Powder Puff

Marchese shoving Deca pizza (at a bargain price of only $2.50!) down students’ throats on your left, girls taking pictures in hopes of ensuring a good Instagram post for later on your right, crowds of Great Neck North’s students swarmed onto the bleachers, cheering on their respective class.

Day three of Spirit Week had not only Pajama Day to offer: perfect weather hosted boys provocatively dressed in their poor female friend’s clothing held everyone’s attention, including teachers holding back muffled laughter. In the meantime, the girls representing each grade ran the show, hustling here and there to catch that football.

Seniors, although lacking in attendance at Powderpuff, maintained their lead in Spirit Week with a second place victory, rivaled for first by the Juniors, who already won Spirit Week as sophomores, winning Powderpuff, but a close second in Spirit Week overall. Juniors coming in first and the Seniors coming in second left the Freshmen and Sophomores tied for third.
