On Oct. 25, North High hosted its annual Halloween Fair, open to the Great Neck community and sponsored by the GNNHS Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Kids in costume strolled around the gym, winning bags of candy from the various game booths.

Each tenth grade advisory created an amusing activity for children’s enjoyment. There were Halloween themed games, such as a “Witch Hat Ring Toss” and a bean bag toss, as well as booths to decorate edibles. Each station offered various types of candy as prizes. Visitors had the option to apply spooky temporary tattoos, decorate ghost cookies and cupcakes, become mummified, and have their faces painted. Children left the Halloween Fair satisfied with bags of candy and fun memories.
