Position 6, Como
The miraculous rise of Como this season can not be understated. Since promotion from the second tier of Italian football in the 23/24 season. None can be credited more for their meteoric rise to the top table than Argentinian starboy Nico Paz. An ex-Real Madrid Youngster, Paz has recorded eight goals and six assists in this season alone. Coached by ex-Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas, Como seems to be on the rise.

“I’ve heard about Nico Paz; he’s an incredible talent,” junior Atharv Malpani said.
Position 5, Roma
Italy’s capital club never seems to want to back down from a fight. Mixing the elegant wide play of Matias Soule with the hard running of players such as Manu Kone has given manager Gian Piero Gasparini a balanced side pushing for the top European spots. New signing Donyell Malen has also hit the ground running for the Giallorossi. Competing in the Europa League and the Serie A will prove difficult for Roma, but they will likely end up around fifth position come the season’s end.

Position 4, Juventus
The most dominant Italian team of all time seems to be flying high under new manager Luciano Spalletti. Kenan Yildiz is a player entering the best form of his career, and the defense looks solid at the back. The return from Gleeson Bremer after a long-term injury has really boosted the Bianconeri’s chances at a high table finish this season and a deep Champions League run.

“I really like Juve as a team, I think they will make it far in Europe,” junior Momchil Yanchev said.
Position 3, Napoli
The former champions find themselves a bit adrift in the current push for the title. They sit far away from Milan and Inter, yet have still had a solid season. Reigning Serie A M.V.P. Scott McTominay has maintained his imperious form since joining from Manchester United two summers ago. Another former Red, Ramus Højlund, has also been in sparkling form as of late, scoring three goals in his past three games. Antonio Conte’s team may not see back-to-back Scudetto titles, but their quality remains apparent.

“As a Neapolitan myself, I always want to see Napoli do well,” senior Sienna Yamins said.
Position 2, AC Milan
After missing out on European soccer last season, AC Milan was looking for revenge. Max Allegri has improved the defensive quality of this side immensely, having only conceded 17 goals this term. Furthermore, the renaissance of all-time great Luka Modric continues to impress as he remains ever consistent as his career enters its final stages. American international Christian Pulisic has also featured as a crucial player in this Milan squad, scoring eight times across 16 games.

Position 1, Inter Milan
Inter Milan have been here before. Having been crowned champions just under two seasons ago, they seek to reclaim their crown at the top of Italian soccer. After legendary manager Simeone Inzaghi left in the summer, questions were raised about his replacement, Christian Chivu, at the helm. Chivu has responded to these questions with offensive dominance. The attacking brilliance of Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram, Ange-Yoan Bonny and Francesco Pioppi Esposito has already combined for 29 goals this season. Combined with Federico Dimarco’s expert assist record, Inter Milan is firing on all cylinders.
